"Wiener Schnitzel":
 Is famous all over Austria and not only in Vienna. The originals for this dish comes from an Italian dish. The schnitzel is a bread crumbed and fried veal escalope which is usually served with a salad.

"Kaiserscharrn":
Is a typical dessert which is made of shredded pancakes and stewed fruit. According to the legend this dish was invented for the Emperor Franz Joseph.
"Sachertorte":
The famous Sachertorte from 1832 is from Austria but it's ingredients are secret. However it's a chocolate cake that you can find in most of the cafe's in Vienna.

"Apfelstrudel":
Is the most famous Austrian dessert. The main ingredients are; thin dough, apples and cinnamon. Usually it's served hot with either ice-cream or vanilla sauce.
